Land sold by Nicholas Brent Attorney of Samuel Mathews of King Z& Queen Co. only son of John & grandson of Samuel Mathews Esq. first Patentee, already granted by Robert Carter Esq. late Attorney of Proprietors 26 May 1712 to Ralph Cotton grandson of above said Ralph Smith, 31 Oct. 1715.
