Warren Co., NC     Mary Marshall was named in the following records which prove her parents as Henry Foote and Margaret (Colclough) Foote.    She was named in the will, this probate record of her father, and then the 1819 Division of Slaves.  She was named in division  in the Est. of Henry Foote of Negros, in the month of Oct 1785 in Warren Co., NC."A share of the Est. of Henry Foote is allotted to Mary Marshall She was named in the Division of Negros between heirs of Henry A.
