Caty and Vincent Vass are witness to the will of Fanny Vass in Granville Co. In her will Fanny names her father Thomas Vass, a minister of the Gospel. Fanny gives her father land in King and Queen Co. being part of tract given to my mother by her father Thomas Foster. Fanny is identified as being of Caroline Co. These records prove that Vincent and Caty are familiar with the Thomas Vass family of Granville.
