  Matthew Price patented 150 acres in Henrico Co. on the 20 Feb. 1619/20. Patent Book 1, p. 413. He is identifed as the son and heir of John Price. Mathew died without issue His nephews, John and Daniel Price, sons of John Price II, sold the land patented by Matthew Rice in 1677 to William Hatcher.
