      In the name of God Amen. I Anne Whitloe Widow of the county of Henrico being sick and weak in body but in perfect and sound memory do ordain and make this my last will and testament...I give devise and bequeath as in manner following when my funeral charges and debts are paid. I give and bequeath to my son William one shilling currant money. I give and bequeath unto my son John one shilling currant money. I give and bequeath my son James one shilling currant money. I give and bequeath to my daughter Jane Jordon on shilling currant money. I give and bequeath unto my daughter Martha Matthews one shilling currant money. I give and bequeath unto my grandson John Watkins the bead (bed) as it stands which I now lyeth on. One small choft one black heifer with a white face 2 small deep dishes and do hereby will and desire that my said grandson shall have the cropp of corne and tobacco...Lastly my will is that my son Hays Whitloe shall be wholly and soley executor of my will and testament hereby making all other wills void heretofore by me made. I witness whereof I have... my hand and seal this 21st day of November 1727 read before signing. Her + mark. Witneses: Wm Weathers, Mary Weathers, Charles Griffith. At a court held for Henrico Co. Feb 5, 1727 This will was proved by the oath of William Weathers and was thereupon admitted to record.
