  Cox Whitloe was granted household items by his grandfather Richard Cox in a deed of gift dated 5 June 1732. Henrico Co. Wills & Deeds, 1725-1737, p. 347. He made a will in Halifax co., Va. dated 28 Nov. 1775 leaving his property to his sister Edith Enroughty. The will was recorded 18 July 1776.
