1820. Henry Strador appears in 1820 census in Orange Co. His household includes 1 male under 10, 1 male 26-45, 4 females under 10, 1 female 10-16, and 1 female 26-45. Orange Co. North Carolina Census, M33_82, p. 360. Note: David Stader and Peter Strader both had sons named Henry. The Henry Strader. who made the purchasd could have been the son of David Strader.
18 Oct. 1823. Rolly Karnes and his wife Jane, Conrad Strader, and Henry Strader sold 75 acres on Hogan’s Creek adjacent James Powell, John Nunnaly, and Christian Strader to Elijah Withers for $400. The land conveyed comprised lots 1, 3 and 4 from the division of land in Peter Strader’s estate. Caswell Co. Deed Book W, p. 36-37 (Kendall, p. 97).
March-April Court 1842. Henry Strader purchased property from estates of Archy and Milcah Dill. Caswell Co. Will Book O, p. 349 (Kendall, p. 156). Note: David Stader and Peter Strader both had sons named Henry. The Henry Strader who made the purchase could have been the son of David Strader.
