  	The date of death on the tombstone does not match the date on the death certificate. The tombstone appears to be added at a later date andis more likely to be incorrect. I notice that the date of death on the tombstone matches his wife's birthday. The death certificate shows that he visited the deceased two weeks after the date on the tombstone. For these reasons I have recorded the date of death as shown on the death certificate.
