      George Barnes to the use of G. Barnes Vs William QUEEN
      Ans? From the Justice Court of the 587 District GM of said County It appearing to the Court that the Defendant not arrested and the Bond taken in terms of the law it is ordered that said defendant be discharged the cause dismissed at the plaintiff's costs and that the plaintiffs atty. Have leave to enter up Judgement-against the plain.(?) for the costs of this suit. Where upon it is ordered by the court that the defendant William QUEEN recover of the plaintiff George Barnes to use of G. Barnes the sum of Seven dollars 80 cents as his costs in the behalf laid out and expended and that the defendant in such? &c judgement(unreadable)

      1860 Census Rabun County Ga., p. 517. George is 36 living with Bethana 25 and five daughters the youngest Hester A. Barnes 1. The oldest Daughter Martha who was 6 in the 1850 census is gone and Rachel 4 is there. Add in Letha and all seven heirs were daughters.
