  Wingfiled Wright, age 14, son of John Wright dec’d apprenticed as a shoemaker to John Wilkason beginning 11 Mar. 1724. Lancaster Co. Court Orders 7, p. 283. "11 March 1724.  It appearing in this court that the estate of Wingfield Wright, orphan of John Wright (aged 14 years of age the 10th day of February last) is of so small a value that no one will maintain him for the profits thereof.  The said Wingfield is bound by the court to John Wilkason of this county to age 21 years. . . . ."
