The undersigned distributees of the estate of Solomon Dill, deceased,do hereby consent for the Real Estate of the said Solomon Dill, deceased, lying and being in Greenville District, on the waters of Middle Tyger River and adjoining lands of Millin Underwood, Elizabeth Jackson and others, containing One hundred and forty nine acres more or less, to be sold or divided at such time as may meet your Judgement.
