Shelton for & in Consideration of One Thousand Dollars eight hundred & forty dollars to them in hand paid by the Said Daniel VERSER Jun ... by these presents do grant bargain Sell Alien enfeoff confirm & Deliver to the Said Daniel VERSER Junr One Certain tract peace[sic] or parcell[sic] of land Situate lying and being in the County of Pittsylvania Containing by late Survey four hundred And Sixty Acres be the Same more or less adgoining[sic] the Land of CREED TANNER TUNIS COLE & others & bounded as follows To Witt[sic] Begining[sic] at new Corner pointers in C Tanners line North ... to pointers near Said Tanners Corner(?)
