  The surname of Anne is tentatively identified as Fullilove. The Fullilove family was present in Granville County when the Bennett family migrated there. There are many documented connections between the Bennett, Fulliove, Crafton and Tatum families in both Granville and King William County. Peter Bennett and his wife Ann had a son named Thomas Fullilove Bennett. It is speculated that the middle name "Fullilove" is derived from his mother's surname.
