- On 28 Oct. 1782, the Court ordered the property of Rice Bennett to be divided among his surviving children. Thomas Linthicum and his wife Mary were given two slaves, George and Isaac, valued at 151.16 John Bennett was given a girl Vilet and bonds due to the estate. No share was granted to William so he is presumed to be deceased.
