      This INDENTURE made the first and second day of February in the twentyfourth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the second and in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty Between MASON BENNETT of the Parish of Dettingen and County of Prince William of one part and EDWARD BENNETT of the Parish & County aforesd of other part Witnesseth that Sd MASON BENNETT for the sum of Thirty pounds Sterling money hath sold unto the said EDWARD BENNETT and to his heirs and assigns that percell of land containing On. hundred & Thirty six acres being in the Parish of Dettingin and County of Prince William it being part of a Tract of Land taken up by WILLIAM BENNETT Decsd. & on the North side of QUANTICO RUN Beginning at a white Oak corner to a tract of land belonging to WILLIAM BENNETT where he now lives and runing No,E. to another white Oak No. Wt. to two red Oak saplins Corner to the first Tract whereof this is part thence with that line Wt to a red Oak on the aforesaid Run side thence Down the Run to the Beginning Together with all houses and premises belonging which Premises now are in the actual possession of him the said EDWARD BENNETT by virtue of one Indenture for one year and of the Statute for transferring uses into possession to Have and To Hold the said tract of land unto him the said EDWARD BENNETT his heirs forever in Witness whereof the said parties have sett their hands and seals
