  	Will of Tunis Cole, In the name of God Amen I Tunis Cole of Pittsylvania County being at present very weak of body but still remaining in my proper senses do make and appoint this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say I return my soul unto God who first gave it me and my body to the earth to be buried at the discression [discretion]of my friends and concerning my worldly affars [affairs] I leave in the following manner I leave my beloved daughter Ana Cole and sister Rebecca Cole the dwelling house where I now live together with manacred [manicured] ground round the house during there [their] natural life. if they see cause to live on it I give unto my daughter Anna Cole one sorrel horse bridle and saddle one hefer one lamb one Cotton wheat one flare wheat and two feather beds & furniture. I give unto my beloved son David Cole my tract of land whereon we both live. I give unto my beloved son William Cole one cow and calf. To my beloved sister Rebecca ColeI give one feather bed and furniture [furniture] one cow and calf one Cotan wheat I give and bequeath all the balance of my estate to my beloved daughter Anna Cole and sister Rebecca Cole to be equally divided between them both as to my beloved sons Jeremiah Cole, Barnett Cole, Tunis Cole I have given to them as much as I ever intended and I do hereby make and appoint my son David Cole my whole and sole Executor of this my last will and testament and in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this second day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and _______. his Tunis + Cole mark ____ filed acknowledged in the presence of us William Simpson Jer.
