William Nealy's home- Hugh Reynolds was a member of the Muddy Run Society, a Congregation of Covenenters in Lancaster, Pensylvania. Rev. John Cuthbertson was the first Covenenter missionary in America. He kept a diary of his activiteis from 1751 until 1790. The entry in Rev. John Cuthbertson's diary on 30 December 1756 reads:" Rode 6 miles to and from W. William Nealy died testate in Pittsylvania Co., VA. Pittyslvania Co., VA Will Book 11,, p. 162. His will dated 6 Dec. 1787 names daughter Mary Reynolds, and grandsons William Reynolds and Joseph Reynolds. George Smith and Joseph Hughs witnessed the will and Hugh Reynolds provided the security. The will was probated 21 July 1788.
